PROGRAM
This group challenge will provide you with all the tools needed to drop fat, reduce bloating, and feel great!
Not only will you receive 1:1 coaching with Tanya for the duration of the challenge, you will also be part of a private facebook group for accountability, support, friendly competition, food hacks, and motivation!
Your meal plan will be created based on your specific macronutrient and caloric needs for your goals, and the training program is easily accessible, with demo videos, through the app!
